The contest
is only open to amateurs, not professionals. |

No entry fee
is required. |

All entries
must be received no later than Wednesday, October 11, 2007.
The winners will be
announced in October. |

4. |
Each
contestant may submit no more than two photographs, which must
have been taken by the
contestant
on Kelleys Island in 2007. |

5. |
Prints can be
black-and-white or color and any size not exceeding 8"x10". |
| |
|
|
6. |
The
contestant's name, address, and telephone number must be written
clearly on the back of the photograph. |
| |
|
|
7. |
Contestants
must know the names and addresses of all identifiable persons
appearing in their
photographs. |
| |
|
|
8. |
All entries become the property of the Kelleys
Island Chamber of Commerce and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Chamber of Commerce assumes no
responsibility for photo-graphs. |

|
9. |
Late,
mutilated, or previously published photographs are not
eligible and will not be considered. The Contest Chairman's
determination regarding late, mutilated, lost or previously
published entries shall be final. |

10. |
Photographs
will be judged by composition, originality, interest of
subject matter, visual appeal, and
consistency
with this year's theme. |
