Panoramic, beautiful lake views from all angles!  Less than 50 yards from the lake, Lake Woods Edge is a private, three bedroom home which overlooks the beautiful southern shoreline of  Lake Erie.  It is located on the southwest side of  Kelleys Island walking distance from downtown, yet secluded enough to enjoy the more peaceful natural setting of the island. Lake Woods Edge is a charming island home that is decorated with a natural, antique flair with custom furniture, hardwood floors and ceiling fans through-out. The home is completely furnished, offering all the amenities for a week of comfort and enjoyment of one of the Great Lakes’ greatest vacation settings.

This home has a fully furnished kitchen, with plates,  glasses, cutlery, cookware, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and an auto-drip coffee maker. The home's three bedrooms include 2 queen beds,  3 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and a single roll-away bed with linens and pillows available for all.

Rates:
In season:
$1150 per week for 6-8 people
Off season:
$950 per week for 6-8 people

Security Deposit:
A $200 security deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy:
Security deposit will be returned if the vacancy can be filled.

Weekly Rental Arrival:
Check-in time: Saturday, 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Saturday, 1:00 p.m.

Directions:
From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock, go left on Lake Shore Drive (West) towards town, about half mile, this road goes along the lake.  Stay on Lakeshore Drive through town. and go another half mile past town. Turn right on Pauline Avenue, the dirt road is marked by two red brick pillars and has a green metal pole with a sign that says SUNSET VIEW COTTAGES.  Turn right down the dirt road and Lake Woods Edge is the second house on the right, approximately 50 yards off the main road.
