Andy's Place is situated on the scenic Southeast side of the island with a panoramic view of Lake Erie, Cedar Point and offers beach access. We are located just one mile from the Kelleys Island ferry dock. You'll drive, walk or ride along the lakeshore to arrive at Andy's Place.

This 2 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and all linens are provided. Amenities include a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, all dishes and cookware and outdoor grill.

Andy's Place is fully furnished and includes all appliances in the kitchen, a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor area offers a large private yard, sun deck and shaded porch. Parking is off-street. You're sure to enjoy your vacation in Leisure World.

Security Deposit:
30% of rental amount.

Weekly Rental Arrival:
Check-in time: Sunday, 11:00 a.m. Check-out time: Sunday, 3:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Canceling may result in the forfeiture of all or part of your rental payment/deposit. Canceling your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check in will result in a loss of your deposit up to $100.00. Canceling your reservation within the 30 days period before you are scheduled to check in, will result in loss of all monies paid to date. The exchange
of funds makes this a binding contract.

Directions:
From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock turn right (east) down E. Lakeshore Drive and turn left on Cedar Lane. Andy's Place is located at 212 Cedar Lane.

Cancellation Policy:
A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for ANY cancellation. The full deposit minus the $50.00 administrative fee will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of your 30% deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in must pay scheduled reservation in full.
