East Shore Sanctuary was built on the family's homestead. At one time the whole south side of Lincoln Road was owned and maintained by the Nowak's for four generations. Family still reside on this homestead, which is located two doors down the street.

This cape cod home was built to capture a panoramic view of nature which
surrounds the house: the pear and black walnuts trees blowing by the lake’s breeze and the waves blown in during a northeast wind.

East Shore Sanctuary is 2 1/2 miles from town, close enough to ride bikes but far enough away for a sound night’s sleep. This home is 1,500 sq. ft. with three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sizes bed. A den holds a full-sized futon bed and we have two couches that convert to twin-sizes beds. We can sleep 10 comfortably. All linens are provided. There are two full baths, one on each floor of the home.

Constructed in 2003, this home has central heat and air, sound batting in all walls and between 1st and 2nd floors. It is beautifully decorated with blend of new and antiques. The fireplace was hand-crafted with stone off the property and adjacent beach. There is a large deck off the back of the house with two sliding patio doors. There is an outside fire pit and patio furniture. DirecTV with Showtime, IFC, and Sundance channels is available. A stereo is also located in the entertainment area.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is non-refundable unless the vacancy is filled.

Directions: Travel west (right) from the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock down Lakeshore Drive. Turn right on Addison and right on Woodford. Turn left at Monagan and right on Lincoln, the first street north of the airport. East Shore Sanctuary is on the right side of Lincoln.

Weekly Rental Arrival:
Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Security Deposit: A $300 deposit is due upon reservation. Full rental is due 30 days prior to rental date.
