Kelleys Island Cottage is a family-oriented, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home built in 2000.  It will sleep 6-8 comfortably with one full bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in one bedroom, a queen bed in the master and a full sized sleeper sofa.  The living spaces include a large living room, dining room with a dining table that seats 6-8, a full service kitchen, a den and a large 12' x 40' screened in back porch.

Amenities include bed and bath linens, central air/heating, 6 ceiling fans and a full service kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cookware, bake ware, and utensils.

We are located on a quiet street 1.3 miles east of the ferry dock.  We have many amenities to ensure a happy, relaxing vacation at a home you will want to return to year after year!

Rates:
In Season May 23 - Sept 14:
Sunday through Thursday
$150 per night, 3 night minimum
Weekly: $950 Sunday to Sunday

Fridays, Saturdays and Holidays
$225 per night, 3 night minimum stay

Early/Late Season:
April 1 - May 22 & Sept 15 - Oct 31
Daily: $125
Weekly: $600
2 night minimum stay

Off Season: Nov 1 -March 31:
Daily: $100
Weekly: $400
Monthly: $1200

Directions: Once on the island, turn right out of the ferry dock parking lot onto E. Lake Shore Drive.  Turn left on Melody Lane. Our home is on the right, on the corner of Melody Lane and Orchard Lane.

Weekly Rental Arrival:
Check-in: Sunday, 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: Sunday, noon

Security Deposit:  $300 security deposit due at registration to be returned after cottage inspection. One half of rental rate is due 60 days before check-in. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in, or at time of registration if less than 30 days.  $80 cleaning fee per rental.
