This waterfront home located on the
east shore of the island is pet free and smoke free. Quinn's
Lakefront is like new and has three bedrooms with two baths. There
is a large screened in porch and a great room with a wall of windows
overlooking the east shore of the island. There is a beach area, a
pier, outdoor fire pit with seating, two picnic tables, hammock,
including a new gas grill. We have a gold cart, kayak, volleyball,
croquet, and a basketball court on the property. There are no
neighbors. The home has central air conditioning. Indoor fireplace.
The kitchen is stocked with all the needed cooking utensils.
The home is complete including bedding and indoor bath towels. All
of the bedding and linens are all Ralph Lauren. There is a laundry
room with a washer and dryer. |

Rates:
Weekly Rate:
May & June: $2200
July & August: $2600
Weekend Rate: If we are not booked for the week, we will take
nightly reservations for $400 a night or more than 3 nights,
$300 a night.
Payment & Security Deposit:
We require half of the deposit upon booking and the other half
is due 30 days prior to reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Advance notice of 30 days is
required to receive a refund. |

From the Kelleys Island Ferry Boat Line dock,
travel east on E. Lakeshore Dr.
