April & May: Week: $3200, weekend (3 night min): $600/night, Memorial Day weekend (4 night min): $2500
June: (week only: Sun-Sun.), Memorial Thru 3rd week in June : $3400/week, 4th week of June : $4200/week

RULES & SUITABILITY:
Finger Rentals LLC, RENTAL RULES
- Rental of property for the use of bachelor/bachelorette parties is strictly prohibited
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside house. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking inside house,. Please remove all food/beverages from refrigerator and cabinets.
- Guest is responsible for general cleanliness of home upon departure. Guests renting linens are asked to strip beds and bathrooms and place in laundry room.
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person(s) in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- For the purpose of safety, no glass bottles or glass containers are permitted outside the house.
- Ohio Law prohibits firewood to be brought over from the mainland to Kelleys Island, however, firewood is available for purchase on the island.
- Guest must provide own linens and towels unless specified.
- Guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the yard—this includes any plastic, cans, fire debris, cigarette butts or garbage.
- Guest is responsible for any items damaged, broken or stolen on, or from property during rental period.
- Pets of any kind, unless granted from Homeowner in writing, are strictly prohibited from property.
- Garbage receptacles are provided. Please close lid of receptacle tightly as to prevent animals from disturbing garbage and take. Guest is responsible for taking any excess garbage not fitting into garbage receptacles to the dump located behind the quarry on the west side of island—a charge will be issued to credit card on file for excessive garbage left on property. For hours of operation, please call 419-746-2659.
- No Cats, do not enter the red barn or the 3 car garage, and please stay out of the fountain
- The Dock is NOT included, please do not trespass on the Dock nor Swim or use any of the Dock area across the street.
- The property is on a septic system, which is very effective, but will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING other than septic safe toilet paper (provided). NO FEMININE PRODUCTS SHOULD BE FLUSHED AT ANY TIME. If it is found that feminine products, or other improper material is flushed, charges up to $1,000 may be assessed.
- There is no daily housekeeping, however, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Please bring laundry soap—eco-friendly soap is recommended because of the septic system.
- There is a garbage disposal provided, however, please refrain from putting bones, coffee grounds or fibrous materials in disposal, as these may cause system to fail.
- To ensure the HVAC works at maximum efficiency, please keep thermostat set within a couple degrees of 72.
- Fireplace is a propane vent-less unit, which does not have a chimney. PLEASE DO NOT BURN ANY FOREIGN MATERIALS IN FIREPLACE.
- Any violations of these rules said above, may be cause for immediate evacuation of premises and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Parking – we share a driveway, so please keep it clear at all times, and park in front of the Red Barn and keep clear in front of the 3 car garage so we can get in and out of it.
- If you are having a Wedding in the front yard, you must rent a port a poti for all guests, and all weddings must be cleared out by 10:00, and off site parking must be secured.
- Finally, we are extremely proud of our new rental house on Kelleys Island and very happy to share our house with you. We ask that you leave the house as you found it—so you may share it with us for years to come. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver.
