Room in a fairly new house, on property that has been in the same family for four generations on Woodford Road. It was once a family farm. The carpeted room has a private entrance. There is a private bath connected to the room. The entrance and large windows face the back of the house, which is bright and sunny. The room sleeps one or two adults in a king-sized bed, with all linens furnished.

The house is located on the east end of the island, a short walk from the Kelleys Island Wine Co. along a wooded street. A short walk along roads to the east or to the south brings you to a lake view.
