PROPERTY OVERVIEW This newer lakeview resort home features a unique split floor plan with second story deck, plenty of space for the Captain and crew. You can choose to rent the south side only or the entire home, which includes two fully equipped kitchens, two full baths, two queen bedrooms and queen sleeper sofa.  Located on McGettigan Lane, on the southeast corner of the island that feels like Paradise. Lake access and a grass area with a rock beach over looking Cedar Point is only a short walk.  Great place to watch the Cedar Point fireworks in season.

  SECURITY DEPOSIT/ CLEANING FEE $200.00 Security deposit / Cleaning fee due upon booking ; consisting of a $100 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee. 

CANCELLATION Thirty (30) days or more notice:

•    If vacancy can be filled $100 Cleaning fee and Rental Fee will be returned. 
•    If not re-rented Security Deposit and Cleaning fee totaling  $200.00 will be kept and the Rental Fee amount returned.

  Less than Thirty (30) days notice:

•    No Rental Fee will be forwarded to the tenant, but full Security Deposit / Cleaning fee of $200.00 will be returned.  

  CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time: 4:00 pm (Early check-in, if available is an additional $50.00)
