SECURITY DEPOSIT / CLEANING FEES $100.00 Security Deposit  & $100.00 Cleaning fee due upon booking  

CANCELLATION Thirty (30) days or more notice:

•    $100.00 Security Deposit  & $100.00 Cleaning fee will be returned. 
•    If not re-rented $100.00 Security Deposit  & $100.00 Cleaning fee will be  kept and the Rental Fee amount returned.

  Less than Thirty (30) days notice:

•    No Rental Fee will be forwarded to the tenant, but full Security Deposit &   Cleaning Fee of will be returned.

• Check-in time: 4:00 pm (earlier check-in,  if available is an additional $50)
