PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
West Manor is a piece of history with all the modern amenities you will need to enjoy your stay on Kelleys Island. This spacious 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom historic house is awaiting your stay. We are located in the heart of Kelleys, half a mile from downtown and 0.8 miles from the beach. We have 2 large living rooms on the 1st floor. A 10 person dining table and a large equipped eat-in kitchen makes a perfect place for meals. A coffee/tea bar in the kitchen will brighten any morning. The side porch with a large yard, a gas grill and fire pit will entertain you all day. For day trips and adventures, we have bikes and yard games available. We have wireless charging, usb outlets, and wifi to make use of modern technology throughout the house. A washer and dryer is available for weekly rentals.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring your family and friends for a once in a life time stay at this historic gem. The home comes fully furnished including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, filters, microwave, limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.
SUITABILITY / RULES
Minimum Age required to rent our house is 25 years and the person who books the house must stay at the house for the entire rental period. Sub-letting or parents renting for their children under the age of 25 is NOT allowed. No student groups or house parties of any kind.
SEASONS / RATES
Spring/Fall 3 night minimum – Rates vary
June-August Full weeks only- $2,500 (Sunday to Sunday)
Prices do not include 6% Lodging tax or $200 cleaning fee. The owners require a 50% payment (unless otherwise noted) along with a signed lease agreement to reserve your dates. Then the other 50% plus $300 security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. The $300 deposit is refundable as long as nothing is damaged and none of the lease agreement rules are breached. Deposits are returned 10-14 days after departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any rental fees paid are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel during the 30 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit all rental fees collected.
